Its featured dishes consist of a delightful mix of their popular specialties and new favorites – seafood chowder, seafood crepes, pork medallion with William potatoes, Australian lamb chops, crispy baby squid, fish cordon bleu and honey & herb roasted chicken. A new addition to the amazing menu is a dish called The Boss which is a huge sandwich similar to a Philadelphia cheesesteak but with a Cebuano twist.

 

If you prefer a more customized meal then you have the creative option of ordering the Gourmet In-Betweens-the sub with its greens, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese and real mayo with your choice of chicken, tuna, beef or ham and potato salad on the side.

 

Halo Restaurant can be found at the 2nd floor of the St. Mark Hotel, situated along Queens Road, Redemptorist Plaza, Cebu City right across Redemptorist Church.
